How long is a session?Depending on the practitioner, your first session will involve a combination of a comprehensive history, physical examination, posture assessment and treatment (if appropriate). The duration of the session is approximately one hour. The length of subsequent visits, if required, is dependent on your unique needs.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will be dependent upon your condition and the information acquired from the history and assessment. Further treatment will be discussed with you on your initial consultation.
What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing (for massage preferably shorts).
